Step 3 — From Discovery to Belonging
Step 3 is where insight turns into movement. People have learned why the church exists for them and discovered how God wired them — now the question is where. This module teaches the critical skill of painting environments instead of tasks. Kids Ministry is not babysitting; it is shaping the next generation. Guest Experience is not greeting; it is creating belonging before belief. The recommendation conversation is four steps: reference the assessment, name an environment, explain the why, and extend a simple invitation.

Step 3 does not assign roles. It provides directional recommendations based on how someone is wired.
Paint environments, not tasks. People give their lives to purpose — not job descriptions.
The recommendation conversation: (1) reference assessment, (2) name one or two environments, (3) explain why it matters, (4) ask: 'Would you be open to trying one of those as a first serve?'
People don't commit because they are needed. They commit because they feel wanted.
Step 3 only connects people to Sunday Serve Teams. Sunday creates a weekly rhythm and immediate proximity.
